RECon; the longest running and most successful conference for the Shopping Malls & Retail Industry confirms Ron Kaufman, world renowned author of the New York Times Best Seller “Uplifting Service” as the Keynote Speaker for RECon 2015. Recon will be held from the 1st through the 3rd of November at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, DIFC.  RECon is jointly organized by the Middle East Council of Shopping Centres (MECSC) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); RECon Middle East & North Africa 2015 will bring together shopping centre professionals and industry experts from around the world.

Ron has worked with many multinational corporations including Singapore Airlines, The Singapore Changi Airport, Xerox Corporation, Nokia Siemens Networks, Marina Bay Sands, Wipro and many other corporations.  His expertise is also utilized by Government offices; even the Dubai Government’s most senior executives and leaders have had the pleasure of training with Ron when he was appointed by the Ruler of Dubai, His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum,  Ruler of Dubai and the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates to train his Executive Cabinet in the Service industry.
