Parul Parasramka says, “This art show is an original effort of each student to amalgamate continuous learning of classical art and their own imagination through different painting mediums. At this point of life, when I see all my students evolving as budding artists I strongly felt the need for them to exhibit and showcase there work, which is a beautiful reflection of what each one of them, loves and believes in there life.”

This Art Exhibition is inspired by Fauvism, a style of “les Fauves” a group of early twentieth century modern artists whose works emphasized painterly qualities and strong color. Subjects include self portraits, Animals, Still life, and indoor room scenes all inspired by the masters of the movement Henri Matisse and Andr’e Derain. Fauvism encourages the use of intense colors as a vehicle for describing light and space and redefining pure color and form as means of communicating the artists emotional state are very well highlighted throughout the show.
